Job Title: SAP FICO Lead Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SAP FICO Lead to manage and support business users on SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise applications. This role demands extensive hands-on expertise in SAP FICO, IT project execution, and system integration. The SAP FICO Lead will guide a team of SAP and IT executives to deliver effective solutions and ensure seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and support SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger Accounting, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable and Controlling. Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements, provide solutions, and support implementations. Lead system integrations across SAP and other enterprise applications. Execute IT projects with a focus on finance, migrations, and configurations. Ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Coordination with SAP Support partner to ensure the issues are resolved on time Professional Skills Expertise in SAP FICO modules: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CEA, CO-CCA, CO-IO, and PCA. Experience in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM and SD. Strong proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0, SAP S/4HANA, and FIORI applications. Ability to assess business needs, deliver solutions, and provide ongoing support for implementations. Soft Skills Proven leadership and project management capabilities. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors. Certifications SAP Certification in FICO or any other SAP module is preferred. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 7+ years of experience in supporting and managing SAP environments for business users.
