Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Implementation and rollout projects to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the configuration and support of our SAP FICO module, ensuring seamless integration with the end-to-end process. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation and rollout projects across multiple geographies. Conduct requirement gathering , fit-gap analysis , and business blueprinting . Configure SAP FICO modules GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PA , etc. Perform localization for country-specific legal and tax requirements. Manage data migration from legacy systems using Fiori or other tools. Coordinate integration testing , UAT , and cutover activities . Provide post-go-live support and user training . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP) and stakeholders. Required Bachelor s degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience with SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) . General understanding of Controlling (CO) module and FI-CO integration (CCA, PCA, overhead allocation, CO-PA value flow) Understanding of integration points between SAP FI, MM, and SD. Ability to work effectively in a diverse and global work group and to achieve results through global team efforts. Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO modules. Deep understanding of ASAP methodology and SAP Activate. Experience in multiple rollout projects, including localization and compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead workshops. Preferred SAP ABAP technical Knowledge Experience with SAP Workflow , Fiori apps , and document archiving . Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
