Job Summary: Vcare Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the timely and efficient hiring of talent aligned with our company’s manpower needs—especially within the hospitality and facility management sectors. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding. Collaborate with departmental heads to understand current and future hiring requirements. Source candidates through various channels—job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic pre-interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports regularly. Ensure timely joining and proper documentation of selected candidates. Coordinate manpower planning with operational and site teams. Participate in walk-in interviews, hiring drives, and field recruitment when needed. Build and maintain strong communication with external recruitment vendors and clients. 📌 Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or facility management industry.
