About the Role: Vcare Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will manage payroll processing, CTC structuring, statutory compliance, and reporting. This is a crucial role that ensures salary accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and effective communication with employees on payroll-related matters. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Structure salary, CTC breakups, and manage compensation components. Maintain attendance, leave records, and timesheet data. Ensure full compliance with PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other statutory norms. Generate payroll MIS reports, reconciliations, and analytics using advanced Excel. Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payroll policies. Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll execution. Keep updated with labour law amendments and compliance requirements. Assist in statutory audits, filings, and documentation related to payroll. 📌 Requirements: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in core payroll management. Technical Skills: Proficient in payroll software/tools Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) Knowledge: Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliances. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective verbal and written communication High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
