About the Role: Vcare Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HR Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to all statutory and legal requirements within the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in labor laws, statutory audits, HR compliance frameworks, and policy implementation. You will play a key role in managing compliance processes and supporting HR operations efficiently. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory reglations including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, and others. Coordinate and manage inspections, audits, and statutory filings within stipulated timelines. Develop, implement, and monitor HR compliance policies and procedures across all company locations. Maintain accurate records of compliance documents, employee registers, and statutory reports. Liaise effectively with government agencies, legal authorities, and external auditors. Conduct regular internal HR compliance audits and risk assessments. Ensure timely submission of returns and payments for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and related statutory obligations. Train HR teams and line managers on compliance updates, statutory changes, and best practices. Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and communicate updates to management. Support drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies aligned with compliance standards. 📌 Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR compliance, labor laws, and statutory management. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently handle audits, inspections, and compliance escalations.
