About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Full Stack AI & ML Engineer – Trainees from the graduating batch of 2026. This opportunity is ideal for students who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Development, and are eager to work on cutting-edge real-world applications.
Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of intensive training in Data Science, AI/ML, DevOps, Cloud (AWS), and Full Stack Development, followed by placement into active project teams based on performance.
Note: This is a full-time, in-office role. Remote or work-from-home options will not be available during the training period.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions in line with best coding practices.
Client Interactions: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical input.
Project Reporting: Document development progress, prepare status reports, and communicate with internal stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, QA, DevOps, and project management.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Final-year students graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Data Science
Or related fields
(Full-time, regular programs only)
Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks throughout 10th, 12th, and all semesters.
No Active Backlogs at the time of joining (January 1, 2026).
Mathematics Requirement: Mathematics must have been studied in 10th, 12th, and at least two semesters during graduation.
Project Experience: Must have completed academic or personal projects in one or more of the following:
Full Stack Web Application
Mobile App Development
AI/ML Projects
Required Technical Skills
Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript
Frontend: ReactJS
Backend: REST API development using Flask, Django, FastAPI, or Node.js
Databases: SQL and NoSQL
ML Concepts: Supervised & Unsupervised Learning, Model Evaluation, Algorithms, Mathematics for ML
AI/ML Libraries: scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, TensorFlow
Version Control: GitHub
Deployment Platforms: Vercel, Render, Railway
Preferred (Good-to-Have) Skills
Advanced ML Techniques (Feature Engineering, Bias-Variance, etc.)
Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, Amplify)
Big Data: Apache Spark, Hadoop, AWS S3
Data Engineering: ETL pipelines, Vector Databases
Compensation & Benefits
Training Period Stipend: ₹12,000 per month (first 6 months)
Post-Training CTC: ₹3 LPA
₹2.4 LPA Fixed
₹0.6 LPA Variable
Service Bond
To safeguard the company’s investment in your training and development, selected candidates will be required to sign an 18-month service bond, along with submission of an undated cheque of ₹1.5 lakh as security, which will be returned upon successful completion of the bond period.
Bond Waiver Criteria
Exemptions may be considered under the following conditions:
Unsatisfactory Performance during training
Long-Term Disability affecting ability to work
Admission to a Top-200 Global University (as per QS Rankings)
Employment with a Fortune 500 Company or Unicorn Startup
Full-time Government Employment under direct payroll
