Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP FICO Functional Consultant with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and support of the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring seamless financial operations and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Configuration & Implementation Configure SAP FI and CO modules in alignment with business requirements, including setting up the Chart of Accounts, financial reporting structures, cost centers, and internal orders. System Integration Ensure effective integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, HCM) and external systems to support end-to-end business processes. Business Process Analysis Analyze current financial and accounting processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements and best practices using SAP functionalities. Training & Documentation Provide training sessions and documentation for end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system. Support & Maintenance Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring smooth system performance and minimal disruptions. Data Migration Assist in data migration activities during SAP implementation or upgrades, ensuring accurate and complete data transfer. Financial Reporting Develop and customize financial reports using SAP reporting tools to deliver timely, accurate financial information for business decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in any discipline (UG) Postgraduate degree is an added advantage (PG) 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in SAP FICO implementation or support Basic understanding of financial accounting and controlling concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Eagerness to learn and grow within a consulting environment Why Join Us?
