Job Title: HR Contact Center Executive (US HR Contact Center) Company Name : IBM Location: Bangalore Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift) Contract Duration: 6 Months Compensation: ₹27,000 per month About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Contact Center Executive with experience in US HR contact centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contact center operations and HR processes, with a preference for knowledge of US Benefits enrollment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently during night shifts at our Manyata Tech Park office. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US HR queries in a contact center environment. Provide accurate information and assistance on HR policies, procedures, and US Benefits enrollment. Resolve employee queries with a high level of professionalism and customer service. Maintain and update records accurately within HR systems. Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as necessary. Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and confidentiality policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 4 years of experience in a US HR contact center or similar contact center environment. Good knowledge of HR operations and US Benefits enrollment (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule (7 PM to 4 AM). Willingness to work from office at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore. Ability to adapt to client-specific processes and tools. Additional Information: This is a contractual position for 6 months. Drop-away cab facility is available for safe commute. Candidate must be comfortable working onsite during night shifts.
