The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk or mass hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Manage high-volume hiring requirements across multiple roles - Source and screen candidates through various platforms - Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding process - Maintain recruitment databases and reports Ideal Candidate Profile: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in bulk/mass hiring - Strong sourcing and coordination skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Immediate joiners preferred
