Company: Texas International Academy Course: TESOL, CELTA Job Title: IELTS Trainer Salary: 4.20LPA Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time (Work from office) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam. The trainer will design engaging lessons, provide personalized feedback, and help students achieve their desired band scores in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver interactive IELTS training sessions (in-person or online) tailored to students’ needs. - Teach strategies and techniques for all four IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. - Develop and update course materials, practice tests, and mock exams aligned with the latest IELTS standards. - Assess students’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and create individualized study plans. - Conduct one-on-one coaching and group workshops to address specific skill gaps. - Stay updated on IELTS exam trends, formats, and scoring criteria. - Motivate and guide students to achieve their target band scores. - Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. - Collaborate with the academic team to improve training programs and methodologies. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - Certified IELTS trainer or relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent). - Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience teaching IELTS or English language courses. - In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam structure, scoring, and preparation strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners. - Proficiency in delivering both online and offline training sessions. - Strong organizational skills and ability to create customized learning materials. - Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.). - Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic and professional goals. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience achieving high IELTS band scores (7.0 or above) personally or with students. - Familiarity with other English proficiency tests (e.g., TOEFL, PTE). - Background in curriculum development or instructional design.
