Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, training, ISO compliance, welfare initiatives, audits, and overall HR coordination. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to HR processes within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding, orientation, and induction processes for new employees.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Handle HR operations including attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
Ensure ISO compliance and support internal audits.
Oversee employee welfare programs, engagement initiatives, and apprentice management.
Manage uniform distribution and other HR administrative tasks.
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support management in employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: MBA / PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations.
Proven knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel for reporting and analysis.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
Presentation and coordination skills for conducting training and HR programs.
