About the Role: We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Life Science graduates to join our US Healthcare Process team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers aspiring to build a rewarding career in the Clinical Research and Medical Billing domain. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process medical billing data accurately for US-based clients. Review and validate healthcare claims, patient details, and insurance information. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim discrepancies and rejections. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure data compliance with HIPAA standards. Participate in ongoing learning and skill development programs related to medical billing and clinical research. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Life Science / Paramedical / Medical Graduates such as B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BPT, Nursing, etc. (Other graduates with strong interest in healthcare are also encouraged to apply.) Eligibility: Freshers welcome (Academic performance between 75%–90%). Strong communication and analytical skills. Keen interest in healthcare operations and medical billing. Shift: Day Shift (US Healthcare Process) Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent Compensation & Benefits: Take-home Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month. Certification: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) certification provided upon completion of an 18-month service bond. Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring.
