About the Role:
AGS Health is inviting fresh paramedical graduates to start their career as Medical Coders in the US Healthcare domain. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to gain professional experience in medical coding, healthcare operations, and clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate diagnosis and procedure coding.
Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes as per standard guidelines.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data accuracy.
Coordinate with internal QA teams to maintain quality benchmarks.
Support revenue cycle management through proper coding and documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Eligibility:
Qualification: Paramedical graduates (4-year course) — B.Pharm, BPT, Nursing, or equivalent.
Passed out: 2023 to 2025 batches only.
No active backlogs / arrears.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome).
Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Compensation:
💰 Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹2,00,000 per annum (based on performance & experience).
