Key Responsibilities Learn and support the configuration, maintenance, and operation of the Workday HCM platform. Assist in mapping HR processes, workflows, and data management. Collaborate with HR, IT, and functional teams to analyze and improve HR systems. Support end-user training, documentation, and query resolution. Contribute to system testing, reporting, and troubleshooting activities. Required Qualifications & Skills MBA graduates (2022 batch onwards) specializing in Human Resources. 0–2 years of experience in HR roles (HR Operations, Recruitment, or Generalist). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High adaptability and willingness to learn HR Technology tools. Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
