About the Role: AtharvUpgrade is seeking skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join our dynamic consulting team. In this role, you will analyze HR business processes, configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors and HCM modules, and ensure seamless HR digital transformation for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Analyze client HR processes and identify opportunities for automation using SAP SuccessFactors. Configure and implement modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll (India & US), ESS/MSS, and OM. Provide functional expertise in SAP HCM including Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll, and Organizational Management (OM). Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient HR solutions. Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and documentation of functional specifications. Deliver user training and post-implementation support. Ensure compliance with HR policies and global process standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech, MBA, or related preferred). 1–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM modules. Expertise in one or more modules: Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll (India/US), ESS/MSS, or OM. Strong knowledge of HR business processes and workflows. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in hybrid or remote consulting environments. Nice to Have: SAP SuccessFactors certification in any module. Exposure to Integration with SAP On-Premise HCM or third-party systems. Experience in system upgrade, migration, or enhancement projects.
