About the Role:
SNAB Solutions is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist (Female) to join our dynamic Human Resources department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee engagement, and end-to-end HR processes that support a positive work culture and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Prepare and manage offer letters, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
Conduct and support employee engagement programs and grievance handling.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.
Assist in performance management, appraisal coordination, and training initiatives.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace environment.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll basics, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and time management.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
