About the Role:
Smart Moves Consultants is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist – Fresher to join our growing Human Resources team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and end-to-end HR processes within a professional and dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding formalities and ensure a seamless joining experience for new hires.
Induction: Conduct employee induction sessions, introducing company culture, policies, and processes.
Employee Engagement: Plan and organize engagement programs, team-building activities, and celebrations to boost morale.
Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll team by maintaining attendance, leave records, and HR data for payroll processing.
HR Operations: Assist in HR documentation, compliance support, and maintaining employee records.
Administrative Support: Coordinate with internal teams for office activities, HR meetings, and day-to-day operations.
Client Visits: Participate in or coordinate client visits and ensure smooth HR representation and communication.
Visitor Management: Handle internal and external visitors with professionalism and maintain a welcoming office environment.
Required Skills:

Basic understanding of HR processes and functions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are welcome to apply.
