About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. You will act as a key point of contact for both employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Administer and coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs, addressing related employee queries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems (attendance, leaves, personal details, and performance).
Support performance management processes — including evaluations, feedback sessions, and disciplinary actions.
Handle employee exit processes: conduct exit interviews, manage clearance, and complete termination documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Manage employee relations — address grievances, resolve conflicts, and guide managers on HR best practices.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics such as headcount, turnover, and leave utilization.
Collaborate on HR projects including employee engagement, training, and culture-building initiatives.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS / HR software tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, generalist functions, or related roles.
