About the Role: We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and brand communication. The ideal candidate will manage digital campaigns, social media platforms, and email marketing while contributing to content creation and graphic design initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Graphic Design: Design and develop digital banners, product visuals, infographics, and brochures for campaigns. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce creative assets that align with business goals. Edit and optimize visuals for both print and digital distribution. 2. Content Creation: Create engaging and creative content for websites, blogs, and social media. Write captivating captions, short posts, and ad copies aligned with brand tone. Contribute to content planning, storytelling, and campaign ideation. (Preferred) Create short videos, reels, or motion graphics for digital promotions. 3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. Plan, schedule, and post regular updates to maintain a consistent brand image. Track engagement, reply to comments, and foster audience growth. Analyze social media performance metrics and propose improvements. 4. Email & Digital Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Design responsive and visually appealing email templates. Manage mailing lists, segmentation, and campaign analytics. Support lead generation and brand awareness through digital initiatives. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and tools. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva for content and visual design. Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools. Excellent English writing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with an eye for creativity and brand aesthetics. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication Design, or Graphic Design (BBA/BMS/B.Des). Postgraduate Diploma or Certification in Digital Content Creation or Mass Communication (preferred). Experience in using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Canva.
