As part of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting team, you will help clients streamline HR operations, enhance workforce experiences, and achieve their business goals through effective deployment of Workday HCM solutions. Role Overview: As a Workday HCM – Associate 2, you will play a key role in analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and utilization of Workday systems. You will collaborate with global teams, drive process improvements, and help clients leverage Workday to enhance their human resources, talent management, and organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into functional Workday HCM solutions. Participate in Workday implementation projects, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Develop and maintain EIB integrations, security roles, and business process configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Workday modules and integrations. Support ongoing enhancements, data management, and reporting within the Workday HCM platform. Provide training, documentation, and support to end users for smooth adoption of Workday functionalities. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and Workday capabilities. Maintain high standards of data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all HR system operations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, HR, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of professional experience (preferably in HR systems or consulting). Workday HCM Certification is mandatory. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proactive learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Committed to upholding PwC’s Code of Conduct and professional standards. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Minimum 2 Workday implementation cycles completed. Functional certifications in Core HCM and additional Workday modules (e.g., Payroll, Compensation, Talent). Experience in Workday Security Configuration and Data Management. Knowledge of various data sources and Workday integration tools. Experience in creating and troubleshooting EIBs. Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and system interdependencies. Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
