Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP FICO Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, deliver system enhancements, and provide user support for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance and Controlling modules. Prepare and maintain Business Blueprints, process documents, and configuration guides. Configure and implement SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Taxation. Validate reporting requirements and coordinate with technical teams for report development. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support during implementation phases. Manage customizations and enhancements as per end-user needs. Provide training and post-implementation support to business users. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and HR modules. Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective resolution within defined SLAs. Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and statutory reporting requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module configuration and support. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and Asset Accounting. Experience with TDS, GST, and other Indian taxation processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and financial reporting tools. Solid understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): SAP Certification in Financial Accounting (FI) or Controlling (CO). Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment. Exposure to end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Knowledge of automation tools or augmented analytics in finance.
