Role Overview: We are seeking SAP Functional Consultants across multiple modules who are passionate about enterprise technologies and eager to build a rewarding career with real-time implementation exposure. The ideal candidate will possess strong business process knowledge, configuration expertise, and problem-solving skills within their chosen SAP module(s). Modules Open For: SAP MM – Materials Management SAP SD – Sales & Distribution SAP FICO – Finance & Controlling SAP PP – Production Planning SAP QM – Quality Management SAP PM – Plant Maintenance SAP HR / HCM SAP PS – Project Systems SAP ABAP / BASIS / SuccessFactors / Ariba / VIM / EWM / CPI / BTP / PI-PO Key Responsibilities: Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects across assigned modules. Collaborate with business users to understand functional and technical requirements. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts. Perform system configuration, integration testing, and UAT based on business requirements. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP system issues in coordination with cross-functional teams. Ensure smooth integration between SAP and third-party applications. Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post–go-live support. Maintain high standards of quality, performance, and security across deliverables. Contribute to process improvement and documentation efforts. Desired Candidate Profile: 1–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation or support projects. Strong domain knowledge in respective SAP module (P2P, O2C, R2R processes). Excellent understanding of business process mapping and gap analysis. Experience with testing tools such as TOSCA or HP ALM (preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. SAP Certification in relevant module(s) preferred. Willingness to work from client locations or office premises. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree – B.E / B.Tech / B.Com / BBA / B.Sc or equivalent. Postgraduate Degree – MBA / M.Com / MCA (preferred). SAP Certification (added advantage).
