*Company Name: SUNWELLS* *Job Title* : Japanese-speaking Mechanical & Civil Engineer *Location* : Japan *Experience:* 0–2 Years (Freshers with Japanese proficiency are welcome) *Employment Type* : Full-Time *Salary* : ₹12.0 – ₹20.0 LPA *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist in the design, planning, and execution of mechanical and civil engineering projects. * Support project teams in preparing technical drawings, blueprints, and structural or mechanical layouts. * Participate in site inspections, material evaluations, and quality assurance checks. * Coordinate with Japanese engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. * Assist in project documentation, progress reporting, and compliance with engineering standards. * Translate and interpret technical documents and communications between Japanese and English teams. * Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory norms throughout project execution. * Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new technologies in design and construction. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* *Language Skills:* * Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N4 level or above required). * Good communication skills in English. *Education:* * Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering. *Technical Skills:* * Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or other relevant design software. * Understanding of mechanical systems, structural design, and construction materials. * Familiarity with Japanese engineering practices and quality standards (preferred). *Professional Attributes:* * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment. * Adaptability, discipline, and commitment to continuous learning. * High attention to detail and strong technical documentation skills. * Willingness to relocate and build a long-term engineering career in Japan.
