Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Writer & Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging written content, managing social media activities, and supporting brand communication strategies across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities: Write engaging, original, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and marketing materials. Plan, create, and manage monthly social media calendars and posting schedules. Develop captivating captions, hashtags, and short-form content for social platforms. Collaborate with designers and marketers to create visually appealing content. Research industry trends, trending topics, and competitor activity to improve online presence. Monitor and track social media engagement metrics and generate performance insights. Support brand communication efforts through consistent and creative storytelling. Assist in executing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Ability to create creative and trend-based content for different audiences. Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar design tools (preferred). Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or any related field. Freshers and interns passionate about writing and social media are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or project experience in content creation or social media marketing is a plus.
