We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement — ensuring smooth HR operations and an excellent employee experience.
Role Overview:
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee relations. You’ll serve as a key link between management and employees to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes including offer letter issuance and salary negotiation.
2. Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll including salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with taxation and labour regulations.
Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
3. Statutory Compliance
Maintain and update statutory records as per labour laws (PF, ESI, etc.).
File statutory returns and ensure timely compliance with all regulations.
Coordinate with auditors and authorities during inspections.
4. Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires including documentation and induction.
Handle employee exits — clearances, final settlements, and exit interviews.
Maintain detailed onboarding and exit reports for management review.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Support performance management and feedback processes.
6. HR Administration
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
Assist in HR policy formulation and implementation.
Generate HR analytics and periodic reports as required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll management, and statutory compliance.
Strong understanding of PF, ESI, and labour law regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and organizational accuracy.
Proficiency with MS Office tools and HR portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in HR operations or similar roles.
Work Type: On-site (Work from Office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
