About the Company: Cointab Software is a rapidly growing SaaS-based fintech company specializing in automated financial reconciliation and data analytics solutions. We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our innovative analytics team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to build their expertise in data analysis, financial reconciliation, and automation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis & Automation: Analyze multiple datasets to identify patterns, logic, and correlations. Perform in-depth financial data analysis using Cointab’s proprietary software. Automate reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 2. Data Processing & Transformation: Develop logic to clean, transform, and enrich data. Join multiple datasets and perform complex calculations. Identify and classify valid and invalid data scenarios. 3. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports. Validate and rectify data errors or discrepancies. Work closely with the development team to maintain data integrity. 4. Financial Reconciliation & Reporting: Build financial reconciliation models for accuracy improvement. Generate reports and MIS dashboards to support business decisions. 5. Client Collaboration & Support: Interact with clients to understand reconciliation requirements. Provide expert guidance and technical support for analytical solutions. 6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new data tools, trends, and best practices. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and skill enhancement sessions. Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong logic-building and analytical capabilities. Knowledge of at least one programming language — Python, Java, C++, or R. Familiarity with SQL and database querying. Strong data validation and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for client and internal collaboration. A proactive learner, adaptable to evolving tools and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields. 0–1 year of relevant experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply). Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.
