We are now hiring a Data Science Trainee to join our Delivery Assurance Group, where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to data-driven process improvement and delivery optimization across global business units. Position Overview: As a Data Science Trainee, you will support senior managers and delivery leaders in analyzing data, designing business processes, and implementing best practices that enhance operational efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in data analytics, business operations, and IT delivery management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis & Process Optimization Work with senior managers to design and streamline processes for improved system delivery. Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization. Assist in building data models and reports to track performance metrics across teams. 2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting Gather key information from stakeholders and convert insights into actionable improvement plans. Prepare clear documentation, reports, and dashboards for business reviews. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. 3. Business & Delivery Support Understand the organization’s core business functions and delivery framework. Support the Delivery Assurance Group in daily operations, governance, and performance tracking. Participate in process audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement programs. 4. Learning & Development Stay updated on data science trends, IT industry advancements, and emerging technologies. Gain hands-on experience in analytics tools and project management methodologies. Learn to mentor or guide team members under the supervision of senior managers.
