About the Role: Isprava is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions. You’ll work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making across departments. Key Responsibilities: Understand business objectives to define analytical problems and determine the relevant data scope. Collect and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources for analysis. Perform data cleansing, processing, and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Utilize Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Excel) to design and deliver interactive dashboards and visual reports. Conduct statistical analysis and experiments to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. Communicate findings effectively through presentations, dashboards, and reports for business stakeholders. Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize analytical tasks based on business impact. Partner with Backend Engineers to understand data structures, dependencies, and system updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or related field. Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analytics techniques. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills for translating data insights into business recommendations. Preferred Skills: Experience in PowerPoint presentations for data storytelling. Knowledge of SQL or other data query languages is an added advantage. Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
