About the Role: Rubick.AI is looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on turning data into insights that drive real business results. You’ll work with diverse datasets, create meaningful visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic business planning. Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights. Develop and optimize databases, data pipelines, and analytics models to improve data accessibility and reliability. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze variances, and recommend data-driven process improvements. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R). Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Solid understanding of data cleaning, statistical analysis, and data modeling techniques. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or professional certification in Data Analytics or Data Science. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
