About the Role: Accentuate Business Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with the ability to support clients in implementation, configuration, and post-go-live activities. This is a permanent position with a 0–15 days notice period requirement and a 2-year service bond. The company provides comprehensive SAP FICO training to enhance your technical and functional expertise. Key Responsibilities: Support SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and maintenance in alignment with client business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and provide effective SAP solutions. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. Manage integration between FI and CO modules and with other SAP modules such as MM and SD. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective measures. Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, user manuals, and business process flows. Provide end-user training and support during implementation and post-go-live phases. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related financial discipline. 1–3 years of experience as a SAP FI/CO Consultant. Strong understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) business processes. Knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, integration, and support. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
