About the Role: Infosys is seeking talented and motivated SAP FICO Consultants to join our dynamic consulting team. As part of one of the world’s leading IT and digital transformation companies, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing financial and controlling processes within SAP. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules based on business requirements. Provide expert consulting and guidance on SAP FICO best practices, business process improvements, and financial system optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance checks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, business process flows, and system enhancements. Deliver training sessions and workshops to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and effective system usage. Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, and go-live support, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field (B.Com, B.Tech, or equivalent). 1–6 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant in implementation, support, or upgrade projects. Strong knowledge of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling) modules, including integration with other SAP modules. Excellent understanding of financial processes such as GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in S/4HANA Finance environment. Exposure to end-to-end SAP implementation projects. Knowledge of business process re-engineering and system integration. Certifications in SAP FICO will be an added advantage.
