The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal agreements while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents such as MOUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, consultancy contracts, and international trade contracts. Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on matters related to company law, contract law, and regulatory compliance. Conduct legal research and ensure the organization adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. Support litigation matters by coordinating with external counsel and preparing necessary documentation. Manage and maintain records of all legal documents, contracts, and notices. Review business operations and transactions to identify potential legal risks and recommend preventive actions. Required Qualifications Education: UG: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) PG: LLM (Master of Laws) – Any Specialization Experience: 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in legal drafting, documentation, and compliance (Freshers with strong knowledge of corporate law may apply).
