Position Overview We are looking for a Data Scientist (Entry-Level) who is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to solve real-world healthcare problems. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to apply their analytical and programming skills in a scientific and innovation-driven environment. As a member of the Data Science team, you will collaborate with experts across disciplines to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and analytical solutions that support research, clinical, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover insights that drive decision-making and innovation. Develop, test, and implement machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models for various healthcare applications. Work on projects involving Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs). Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, clinicians, and domain experts, to deliver scalable data science solutions. Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. 0–3 years of hands-on experience (freshers are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model development. Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data preprocessing techniques. Familiarity with NLP, Generative AI, and topic modeling concepts is an advantage. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach. Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), experiment design, and evaluation metrics. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
