Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and reliability. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and key business trends. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Python. Collaborate with consulting teams to support client projects with data-backed recommendations. Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to aid strategic decision-making. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes and ensure quality control. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Python for data analysis and visualization. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience (1–2 years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or consulting. Familiarity with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) for dashboard creation.
