Position Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical freshers to join our Analytics & Data Science Team as Executive Trainees (PMO). This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of project management, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage key deliverables, and contribute to business growth through data insights and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Track and monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables within the Analytics & Data Science vertical. Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and reports using Excel, Jira, and internal project management tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of strategic goals. Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up reports for stakeholders. Support process improvement initiatives and help standardize PMO workflows. Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, and team engagement activities. Provide analytical support through data visualization and reporting as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, Operations, or IT preferred. Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome). Required Skills Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel, Jira, and project tracking tools. Exposure to data analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Preferred Skills Basic understanding of data science workflows and machine learning concepts (regression, clustering, classification, etc.). Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Awareness of model development, training, and deployment processes.
