Position Overview We are looking for energetic and trained SAP FICO (P2P) Freshers who are ready to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced multinational environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and real-time SAP FICO project implementations under the mentorship of experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist in SAP FICO module configuration, testing, and support activities, primarily focusing on P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes. Support the finance and procurement teams in day-to-day SAP operations. Participate in system testing, documentation, and troubleshooting of financial transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other SAP modules. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and business processes. Learn and apply industry best practices to improve process efficiency and accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Training: Certified or trained in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) module — P2P process knowledge is a must. Strong understanding of financial processes, procurement cycle, and general accounting principles. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Preferred Candidate Profile Immediate joiners only (no notice period). Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore. Passion for building a long-term career in SAP Consulting.
