We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team in Bengaluru. Position Overview The Data Analyst will play a key role in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business development and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data tools, excellent analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Cleaning and Preparation Collect, filter, and clean datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handle missing or inconsistent data to maintain high data quality. Prepare and organize datasets for Business Development Managers (BDMs) for outreach and analysis. 2. Data Exploration and Analysis Apply statistical and analytical techniques to interpret data and extract meaningful insights. Identify trends, correlations, and patterns to support business decisions. Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings. 3. Data Visualization & Reporting Create dashboards and visual reports using Excel and Python visualization tools. Prepare concise and impactful reports for management and cross-functional teams. Present insights that influence strategy and operational improvements. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with departments such as Business Development and Operations to understand data needs. Support informed decision-making through clear, data-driven insights. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline). Certification in Data Analytics or a related specialization is a plus. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business analysis. Strong proficiency in: Excel (Advanced level) SQL (Query writing and data extraction) Python (Data manipulation and analysis libraries) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Willingness to work in rotational or fixed shift (1 PM – 9 PM). Note: This role is open for male candidates only.
