We’re seeking a Data Analyst who will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business performance and operational excellence.
Position Overview
As a Data Analyst at IntouchCX, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on operational data to enhance visibility and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform ad-hoc analyses, and develop dashboards that empower stakeholders with timely, data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Analysis
Collect, clean, and organize large data sets from multiple sources.
Apply statistical methods to interpret data and uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in all data systems and databases.
2. Reporting & Visualization
Design and develop dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
Translate analytical findings into visual insights for business and operational leaders.
Develop and maintain scalable reporting frameworks to improve data accessibility.
3. Collaboration & Insights
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed strategies and performance improvements.
Present insights clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate key metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
4. Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on data analytics trends, visualization techniques, and emerging tools.
Proactively recommend enhancements to data processes and reporting methods.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
1–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence (contact center or BPM environment preferred).
Technical Skills
Data Visualization Tools: Looker, Power BI (advanced proficiency).
SQL Expertise: Strong command over SQL queries and knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Google Suite: Proficiency with Google Sheets, Looker, and BigQuery.
Excel: Advanced data manipulation, dashboarding, and analysis.
Experience developing and maintaining data reporting tools is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
