*Job Title: TMS Consultant* *Company* : NAV IT Consulting *Experience* : 0–2 years *Qualification* : Any Graduate *Employment Type* : 2-Year Contract *Salary* : Up to ₹3.5 LPA *Location* : Delhi (Hybrid Work Model) *Key Roles & Responsibilities:* * Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of Transportation Management Systems (TMS). * Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand logistics and transportation requirements. * Participate in requirement gathering, documentation, system testing, and go-live activities. * Support end users in resolving TMS-related issues and provide timely solutions. * Configure and maintain transportation master data such as carriers, routes, and shipment details. * Analyze logistics processes to improve transportation planning and execution efficiency. * Prepare and review reports to ensure accuracy in freight management and shipment tracking. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT to streamline transportation operations. * Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality deliverables. *Required Knowledge & Competencies:* * Basic understanding of TMS concepts such as carrier management, freight planning, and shipment execution. * Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, and transportation processes. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Planning and Prioritization abilities. * Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills. * Integrity, Professional Ethics, and Accountability. * Ability to work collaboratively in a Hybrid Environment. * Time Management and Ownership of deliverables. *Core Skills:* * Initiative and Strong Work Ethic * Adaptability and Continuous Learning * Coordination and Process Monitoring * Excellent Written and Verbal Communication * Attention to Detail and Process Orientation * Commitment to Quality and Continuous Improvement
