Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Science Trainer who can deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for students and working professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Data Science and Machine Learning, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts for effective learning. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners through practical applications while ensuring that the curriculum stays aligned with the latest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct live online and offline training sessions on Data Science, Python Programming, Machine Learning, and related technologies. Design, develop, and deliver curriculum content, assignments, and real-world projects. Mentor learners through practical exercises and case studies using tools like Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib. Assess learner performance and provide structured feedback for improvement. Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in Data Science, AI, and related technologies. Collaborate with academic and content teams to enhance the training delivery and course quality. Participate in webinars, workshops, hackathons, and community-building events hosted by DataTeach.AI. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Python programming and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn. Solid understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering). Experience with Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, and Statistical Analysis. Familiarity with Deep Learning, NLP, Power BI, or SQL is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills. Ability to make technical concepts simple and engaging for learners. Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training is highly preferred.
