Position Overview We are looking for bright, analytical, and motivated young engineers with strong mathematical and problem-solving skills who are eager to start their career in Data Analytics and Data Science. As a Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about working with data, tools, and technologies such as Python, SQL, and Power BI. Key Responsibilities Data Cleaning & Preparation: Filter, structure, and preprocess data to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance for analysis. Data Exploration & Analysis: Apply statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data. Data Visualization: Design and develop insightful dashboards and visualizations using tools like MS Power BI for effective storytelling. Reporting & Insights: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaboration: Partner with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that support decision-making. Database Management: Access and retrieve data from databases, warehouses, or flat files for analysis. Algorithm Development: Create and test analytical algorithms in Python or R for advanced insights and forecasting. Data Governance: Implement and maintain data security policies such as Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure controlled access and compliance. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply). Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data query writing. Working knowledge of Python or R for data science applications. Experience with MS Power BI for visualization and dashboard creation. Strong understanding of data analytics, statistics, and mathematical concepts. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic data environment.
