We are seeking a Senior Legal Executive to join our dynamic Legal & Secretarial division and support the company’s legal operations across its diverse business portfolio. Position Overview As a Senior Legal Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s legal affairs, contract management, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate agreements, handle litigation matters, and ensure compliance with corporate laws. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional with strong research and drafting skills, eager to grow within a collaborative corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize legal agreements such as Franchise, Agency, Retail, Lease, Leave & License, Service, Advertising, and MoUs. Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct legal research on various laws, provide legal opinions, and keep business teams informed on new legal and regulatory developments. Litigation Support: Assist in handling and coordinating regional litigations, drafting replies to legal notices, and preparing pleadings for consumer and civil cases. Property & Real Estate Support: Conduct due diligence of property title documents, calculate stamp duties, and coordinate property registration processes. Negotiation & Representation: Represent the company during contract negotiations and discussions on legal matters with external stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and statutory obligations. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of legal documents, agreements, and case-related data for audit and compliance purposes. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: LL.B. from a reputed law school (mandatory) Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a corporate legal department, preferably in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or real estate sectors. Core Skills: Contract Drafting & Negotiation Legal Research & Advisory Corporate and Property Laws Legal Compliance & Documentation Litigation Management Due Diligence and Risk Assessment Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides). Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and analytical mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional conduct. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely and accurate drafting and review of contracts.
