Position Overview This is an excellent opportunity for SAP HCM trained candidates to begin their professional journey in a supportive and learning-driven environment. As a SAP HCM Consultant (Fresher), you will assist in configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Human Capital Management module under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will gain hands-on exposure to real-time SAP projects and learn how HR processes integrate within enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Assist in SAP HCM module implementation including configuration, testing, and support. Work with senior consultants on activities related to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management. Support end-user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of SAP HCM processes. Participate in requirement gathering, data migration, and troubleshooting activities. Perform basic customization and configuration tasks as instructed by mentors or team leads. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements. Learn and apply best practices in SAP systems, HR processes, and data management. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Training Requirement: Must have successfully completed SAP HCM training from a recognized institute or training partner. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SAP HCM modules – Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and ESS/MSS. Familiarity with HR processes and data workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and work in a team environment. Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
