As part of our growing SAP practice, we are seeking talented SAP SD Consultants who are skilled in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and passionate about delivering impactful business solutions. Position Overview As an SAP SD Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Sales and Distribution (SD) module of SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, especially the Order-to-Cash cycle, and be capable of providing effective functional and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, customize, configure, and test the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle within SAP SD. Handle Order Management, Pricing, and Billing/Invoicing (Periodic, Milestone, and Credit/Debit processes). Work on SD-FI and SD-MM interfaces to ensure seamless data integration across modules. Maintain and manage Customer Master and Material Master data. Prepare Functional Specifications and collaborate with the Technical Team for solution delivery. Analyze and resolve business queries and production issues effectively. Map complex business processes and implement necessary system enhancements. Work with IDOCs – creation, monitoring, and debugging as per business requirements. Configure Output Determination and Text Determination settings. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Interface Testing, and Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for end users. Maintain project and process documentation in HPALM. Required Skills & Expertise Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and customization. Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash, Order Management, and Pricing processes. Hands-on experience in Invoicing, Billing, Credit/Debit Memo, and Integration with FI/MM modules. Knowledge of Contract Management (good to have). Experience in working with IDOCs and resolving interface-related issues. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Exposure to HPALM, UAT testing, and documentation. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Experience in a client-facing SAP implementation or support environment.
