As part of our continuous digital transformation journey, we are seeking a skilled SAP SD Professional to strengthen our enterprise systems and streamline our Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. Position Overview As an SAP SD Professional, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module. The role involves managing projects, mentoring junior consultants, improving business processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO and MM. Key Responsibilities Module Implementation & Integration Lead the end-to-end implementation of the SAP SD module, including defining objectives, creating project plans, and coordinating with key stakeholders. Ensure effective integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM) and external systems. System Configuration & Customization Configure and customize SD components such as pricing, order management, delivery scheduling, billing, and customer master data. Align SAP processes with business needs and ensure system accuracy and consistency. Team Leadership & Collaboration Supervise and mentor a team of SAP SD consultants, ensuring high performance and timely project delivery. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and promote continuous learning. Process Optimization & Improvement Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. Propose and implement enhancements to improve order-to-cash workflows and customer satisfaction. User Support & Training Provide functional support to end-users by troubleshooting SD module issues and ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Develop and deliver training sessions, user guides, and documentation for internal teams. Project & Change Management Manage multiple SAP-related projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors for smooth implementation of solutions. Upgrades, Compliance & Security Stay current with the latest SAP SD functionalities, releases, and best practices. Plan and execute system upgrades and patches while maintaining data integrity and compliance with company security standards. Ensure data privacy, access control, and authorization procedures within the SAP environment. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 1–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, implementation, and support. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, pricing, billing, delivery, and customer service management. Prior experience in the automobile or manufacturing industry is an added advantage. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
