We are seeking an experienced SAP SD TM Functional Consultant to join our SAP practice and deliver value-driven digital transformation across our clients’ supply chain and logistics operations. Position Overview The SAP SD TM Functional Consultant will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Transportation Management (TM) processes, integration knowledge across SAP modules, and hands-on experience with embedded SAP TM solutions. Key Responsibilities SAP SD Functional Expertise Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Configure and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and returns. Ensure smooth cross-module integration with SAP MM, FI, PP, and EWM. Gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and create blueprint, SIT, and test documentation. Design and deploy solutions ensuring seamless integration with external systems and third-party tools. SAP TM Functional Expertise Hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM), including embedded TM in S/4HANA. Manage Master Data for TM — Products, Business Partners, Dangerous Goods, Transportation Network, and Resources. Implement and optimize processes for Order Management, Planning (Selection & Planning Profiles, Optimizer Planning), Freight Execution, and Cost Distribution. Handle inbound and outbound logistics (domestic & international), including load building (FTL, LTL) and package builder scenarios. Manage shipper scenarios across all modes — Road, Rail, Ocean, and Air. Execute Carrier Selection, Tendering, Delivery, and Shipment Proposals. Configure and support Freight Settlement, Charge Management, and Financial Integration with SD, MM, FI, GTS, EHS, and EWM modules. Project Delivery & Leadership Conduct design workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for business transformation projects. Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring team performance and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to deliver S/4HANA-led supply chain transformation solutions. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and standardization across SAP SD and TM modules. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 1–10 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in SD and TM modules. Proven track record in S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Transportation Management (TM) processes. Experience in integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, EWM, PP, GTS, and EHS. Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client advisory capabilities.
