Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated SAP ABAP Consultants (Freshers / 1–2 Years) to join our Enterprise Performance Team in Bengaluru. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to develop and implement SAP ABAP-based enterprise solutions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient, and business-driven applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs across all RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows). Translate functional and business requirements into high-quality technical specifications and optimized code. Perform unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure reliable deliverables. Collaborate with functional consultants and project leads to identify and resolve technical issues. Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in code reviews, peer discussions, and innovation initiatives within the development team. Contribute to continuous improvement of coding practices and development standards. Required Skills Strong understanding or hands-on experience with SAP ABAP (Reports, ALV, BAPI, BDC, User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements). Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Core Data Services (CDS) views. Basic exposure to SAP UI5, OData Services, or SAP BTP is an added advantage. Proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and version control practices. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Education Qualification BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science or equivalent) from a recognized university or institution. Preferred Additional Skills Exposure to SAP UI5, OData, CDS Views, or Cloud-based development (SAP BTP). Awareness of SAP functional modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or HCM.
