Position Overview We are seeking a SAP FICO Consultant / Faculty who can train and mentor students and professionals in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and related modules. The ideal candidate will possess practical SAP experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex ERP concepts for learners through interactive and engaging sessions. Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and online training sessions in SAP FICO and other relevant SAP modules (MM, SD, HR, etc.). Design, develop, and deliver course materials, assignments, and real-time case studies. Provide hands-on training to students using live or simulated SAP environments. Evaluate student progress through assessments, practical exercises, and feedback sessions. Stay updated with latest SAP versions, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with the academic and technical teams to improve course structure and delivery. Support learners in interview preparation and SAP project understanding. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling). Understanding of key business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting. Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills. Ability to explain ERP workflows in a clear and engaging manner. Knowledge of other SAP modules like MM, SD, or HR is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for preparing course content and presentations. Education Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. SAP Certification or professional training in FICO or related modules preferred.
