About the Role: Nobl Q is seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our SAP Finance (FI) team as Trainees. This position provides a strong foundation in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and offers hands-on exposure to real-world business processes, financial systems, and enterprise-level SAP environments. Key Responsibilities: Assist in SAP FI configuration, testing, and support activities. Learn and understand core financial processes such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA). Provide end-user support for daily SAP FI transactions and issue resolution. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), documentation, and training sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, CO) to understand business requirements and deliver process improvements. Support in preparing functional specifications and maintaining system documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA (Finance) or SAP FI Global Certification preferred. Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial principles. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability and eagerness to learn SAP systems, workflows, and configurations. Strong teamwork and adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
