Management Level : 12 Work Experience : 1-2.5 years Work location : Pune Must Have Skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Good To Have Skills : SAP ABAP Development SAP PO/PI & APIs Development Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Min 1 year of relevant experience in core areas of ABAP/ S4 HANA 2 Able to independently develop and maintain software based on product backlog features 3 Able to follow standard development standards 4 Able to follow established testing procedures to ensure no defects 5 Exposure to working in ABAP development Agile development Technical Experience : 1 HANA DB/HANA Native experience is a must 2 Exposure to core ABAP areas Performance Tuning HANA programming SAPs ABAP/4 programming language OO IDOC/ALE and SAP Scripts/SmartForms/AdobeForms 3 Experience with agile methodology 4 Know-how of new SAP technologies and object-oriented concepts 5 Familiarity with SAP modules FICO SCM is a plus Professional Attributes : A Should have good communication Skills B Should be good team player C Self-starter with leadership qualities who can work independently and in teams on tasks and projects with limited supervision D Should have good logical and analytical thinking Educational Qualification : Graduate with minimum 15 years of education Additional Information : quick learner experience working in Scrum agile development teams
